You just received your Happy Mail with your NEW Simply Happy Brand Tank. You’re feeling good because you know your purchase made a difference AND you LOVE the way your tank looks and feels. It’s so comfortable!!! (OK...that was a shameless plug). Don't know what to wear with your new tank? Don’t pull out those yoga pants just yet (although they definitely will work too!) Open up your closets because there are endless possibilities in there to Trend that Tee. Here are three simple styles that anyone can do:
1. Pull out those boyfriend jeans and a pair of chucks, we all have them. Add a tank underneath and a wrap or cardigan for layers with a leather wrap bracelet. You can run errands, enjoy the weekend or cheer on the soccer field in style.
2. Pull out your favorite heels, clutch and blazer. Adding a blazer is one of the simplest ways to dress up any outfit and it's a staple for your closet. Jeans are always a good look with a blazer and tee; don't be afraid to try white jeans they look great on everyone and will pair perfectly with your Simply Happy Brand tank. Perfect for going out for a drink.
3. One of my favorite styles is pairing with a skirt. You can still be casual and comfortable in a skirt AND you can pair a tee with any style; mini, maxi, solid or print. For a casual look pair with a cotton skirt and chucks. This is completely wearable and easy to run around after the kids in...trust me!
One of the many things we’ve learned with starting Simply Happy Brand, is that taking a little time for yourself to dress up (and still be comfortable) really does make you feel good. So go Trend Your Tee!

Our little idea of creating something meaningful & fashionable is finally coming to life and we are so thankful for all the positive support we have received within just a few days of announcing. Simply Happy Brand has been like our little baby we have been dreaming about and is now here.
When we starting developing our idea it made us reflect on our own happiness and I have to say it has made us appreciate and thankful for the little things; moments with our children and family, realizing the difference one person can make, and how much dressing up, just a little bit, can make you feel (even if it is just to the bus stop to pick up the kids). We are very thankful for the little moments in life and now we look forward to many more to come with Simply Happy!

We are so happy to have Susan G. Komen, as our first featured charity. Breast cancer is one of the leading illness today and has affected many. Early detection is key in the fight against breast cancer and Susan G. Komen has been leading the way in research, detection, and treatment. To date, Susan G. Komen has invested more than $2.6 billion in groundbreaking research, community health outreach, advocacy, and programs in more than 30 countries.
Choosing Susan G. Komen seemed liked a no brainer. There were people close to us affected by breast cancer, as are many, both as survivors and those who have passed. Because of these people, we felt compelled to do something meaningful to help this cause. But what can two moms running around with 7 kids between them do to help? It seemed like another task to add to our endless list, however we didn't think twice when we signed up for the Susan. G. Komen 3 Day. We knew the reward would be worth our time and effort. We were so lucky to have two amazing women, Michele Naurath and Stephanie Quintavalle, jump right in, ready to work, you can't ask for better women. And so our 3 Day team was formed, Bosom Broads of Broadmoor, making a commitment to the Susan G. Komen organization and a promise to ourselves, to raise $10,000.
We began our year of fundraising and training in October and have seen so much support and met so many people who are so passionate about finding a cure. It is this commitment, passion, people we know and those we don't, that have inspired us to make the Susan G. Komen 3 day, through Bosom Broads of Broadmoor, our first featured charity. We can not wait to complete our journey by walking for loved ones passed and the many survivors, thanks to Susan G. Komen.

After many chats, we realized we had a lot more in common than those listed above. We had grown used to being a full time mom while being successful in our small direct selling businesses. However, there was just something missing in our perfect world. We loved giving back but at the same time we wanted to create something that was just ours. We also loved fashion, but dressing up to pick up the kids at the bus stop and heading to their soccer practice wasn’t our ideal place to rock our new faux fur vest or new wedge heels. It seemed like all we wore were tees and jeans or leggings and sweatshirts and that is when we thought of designing products that were fashion forward but simple. We also knew it had to be meaningful and giving back to important charities was a perfect fit. After much research, texts on ideas and bus stop business meetings, we were able to come up with Simply Happy Brand. My talented sister Ashley, who is a graphic designer, was able to listen to our ideas and bring them to life.
Blessed and grateful are just two words that describe how we feel about our life. We have more then most have; family and health, but we hope with Simply Happy Brand we can make a positive difference in the lives of others. We hope they are motivated by the positive words and fashion forward designs while feeling good about giving to a charity in need. This is just the beginning of our journey but just like that amazing quote, “The Joy is in the Journey” !
